The booking number of the second booking is required

Flight Cancellation

Flight cancelled by AIRLINES due to disruptions

 If you have login to your account, simply follow steps below when you chat with RUMI:

Step 1: Have a chat with RUMI and respond with "Yes" if RUMI asks if you need help with your upcoming booking.
 
Step 2: Choose a booking that is eligible for a refund.
 
Step 3: Select one of the provided options for your affected booking and follow RUMI's instructions.

No documents required

Medical Cases 

Unfit to travel due to hospitalization – major injuries affecting mobility / major illnesses requiring extensive treatments / pregnancy (over 35 weeks/miscarriage/etc)

For individual/group bookings: 

 • Hospital/Clinic’s Letterhead

 • Medical Conditions

 • Medical Reports (X-ray, Lab Tests, Surgical Reports, etc)

 • Recovery period and duration of unfit to fly (admission and discharge dates; for extended hospitalizations, the admission date will suffice)

 • Signature of the Attending Physician/Doctor

 • Official Stamp of the Attending Physician/Doctor

 • Issue Date of the Letter

 • A proof of relationship if you submit the request on behalf of your immediate family member (Marriage cert / birth cert)

 • Cancellation fees are applicable per passenger and per flight

Deceased

Unable to travel due to the demise of the travelling guest or immediate family member of the travelling guest

For immediate family* member of a deceased guest:

 • Relationship proof documents are required

 • Cancellation fees are applicable per passenger and per flight

 • rewards+ Member ID

On behalf of deceased guest: 

 • A copy of the death certificate and/or any other relevant supporting documents subject to our requirements

*travelexnow considers the following family members as "immediate" :

• Spouse

• Children

• Parents

• Brothers / Sisters

• Grandparents
