Job Summary
Supports revenue growth and expansion efforts by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing package sales.

Functional Responsibilities & Duties

  • Scout new partnership or distribution opportunities (schools, corporates, agents)

  • Manage relationship pipelines and strategic leads

  • Monitor KPIs and assist in price benchmarking & sales forecasting

  • Support onboarding of new travel products or affiliates

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching campaigns that target student and budget segments

  • Work with marketing to align promotions with sales targets

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell potentials including CareFly, Easy Cancel, etc.

  • Contribute to monthly business review reporting

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Tourism, or relevant discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business dev

  • Comfortable with CRM tools, analytics, and decks

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
