Job Summary
Supports revenue growth and expansion efforts by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing package sales.
Functional Responsibilities & Duties

Scout new partnership or distribution opportunities (schools, corporates, agents)

Manage relationship pipelines and strategic leads

Monitor KPIs and assist in price benchmarking & sales forecasting

Support onboarding of new travel products or affiliates
Role Responsibilities

Assist in launching campaigns that target student and budget segments

Work with marketing to align promotions with sales targets

Identify upsell/cross-sell potentials including CareFly, Easy Cancel, etc.

Contribute to monthly business review reporting
Qualifications
-
Degree in Business, Tourism, or relevant discipline

1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business dev

Comfortable with CRM tools, analytics, and decks

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
