About the Role

At travelexnow, we’re reshaping how Malaysians travel the world — from curated adventures to powerful booking technology. As a Data & Insights Intern, you’ll help us turn data into action. Whether it's traveler behavior, booking flows, or top-performing destinations, you’ll extract patterns that guide our business decisions.

This role is perfect for students who love spreadsheets, dashboards, and real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and clean data from various sources (Shopify, Google Forms, Ads, customer CRM)

• Build weekly and monthly dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI

• Analyze trends in booking behavior, sales performance, and campaign responses

• Assist in market research for pricing, destinations, and consumer preference

• Recommend strategies based on data findings — improve what’s working, fix what’s not

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or equivalent

• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

• Bonus: Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or SQL

• Curious, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset

• Strong communication skills — data is only powerful if it’s understood
