Communicate with suppliers for travel confirmation and requirements

Respond professionally to customer questions (email/chat)
Support ticketing and travel information distribution
Learn conflict resolution and service recovery techniques
Qualifications:
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Communication
Friendly, empathetic, and organized
Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
